1/2 Onion
1/2 bellpepper
2 garlic cloves
2 sprigs cilantro
Jeanpierre’s Season-All to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup cut corn
1 jalapeno chopped
1 small tomato diced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic


For chicken, pound even and season with oil, Jeanpierre’s Season-All and garlic. Grill chicken and bell peppers and onions. For relish combine ingredients and refrigerate over night. To serve place relish atop chicken. Also great for burgers.
